"This piece to me is something that gets to me deppression has gotted me some times I have my good days and bad days. When I moved 10 years ago I had bad deppression because I was leaving a life behind for a new one. I was more lonely then ever I had no friends to call my own and I had to wait for 4 years to go to college. When I did this I had a idea I was inspired by my painting prisoner of the mind 2019 and I thought of doing a piece based on deppression. I have a love hate relationship with the cold the cold reminds me of my family cause of how coldly they treated me but I love the cold as it's a numbing sensation I have a lake outside my home and it was frozen so I asked a mate of mine to come down and take photos of me as I went under the water and you could see me screaming under the ice thats what i wanted. To me deppression is like an abyss, the deeper you go the darker it gets.
